Ang Plastic Factory is a small plastic packaging factory that manufacturing various types of packaging such as bottles, juice bottle, medicine dispensers, water dispensers and so on as the customer’s need. The factory is simple layout, the areas are full with plastic forming machines, trim machine for non-standard packaging return to raw materials and storage space.
The process of forming plastic packaging provides few defective units due to the products produced in repetitive units and the packaging is not so complicated. In addition, there is a way in which unused pieces can be recycled into the raw material again resulting in non-worthless waste
Most of the waste generated from this plant comes from turning the machine off to change the mold for producing a new type of packaging. This will require lubrication (grease) to make the machine work efficiently and one of the factors that caused-

the defection is to change the colour of the package ordered by the customer which specific colour remained in the machine. This will cause the product for the next lot defective because of mixed colours to the new mold of packaging.
For defective products, the factory has been excluded from the qualified products that ready for shipment. The destination of defective product will be sell through the garbage buyer.
